Bring Your Own Bedding & Towels: Because we live in the UK, we cannot provide a fresh laundry service between guests. Please remember to bring your own duvet covers, bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels—our low nightly rate fully reflects this self-catering setup!

Rustic & Countryside Setting: The cottage is situated right next to trees and mature greenery. As with any authentic French country home, you may spot local wildlife, insects, or a few spiderwebs around.

Arrival Tidy-Up: While all guests are asked to leave the property clean, the house may be vacant between visitors. You should expect to do a quick light sweep or dusting upon arrival to make yourself feel right at home.
